Returns Policy

At RewindClothes.com, we are happy to offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization, so please contact us before sending back any items.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you inspect your second-hand item upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of second-hand clothing, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on personal care items. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing justification. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days from approval, please contact us for assistance.
